If you are looking for high quality jewelry at a reasonable price definitely need to check out Eli and Kris at JES Jewelry!! I would have paid thousands more if purchased elsewhere! Look at the quality if the lobster lock too, much more durable then all those other retailers! Definitely a place to check out you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely amazing experience and product. I ordered 2 custom 14K bangles and they are perfect. I was very particular about the jeweler I worked with to design my bracelets. JES jewelry was the ONLY jeweler I found with such precision on their designs. Traditional hand-carved hawaiian bracelet are beautiful, but can sometimes lack the sleek lining I was looking for. I worked with Lindsey during the whole process and I am extremely greatful for her. She was so patient with me (I was very indecisive and picky), and she provided realistic feedback if my ideas wouldn't translate nicely onto my bracelets. I am overjoyed with my bracelets!!! They are so beautiful and even better than I anticipated. Lindsey and the entire staff are so welcoming. They joined in on my excitement when receiving my bracelets and made my experience 1000x better. I will absolutely be returning to JES jewelry to order more custom pieces.

I had been looking for a place to repair my old broken bracelet and necklace in my drawer. After calling around to several places, most said they would send it out to another company, and it would take about a week. Then, I randomly came across this spot, and I had such a great day thanks to their fast service and friendly customer care. It seems like a family-owned business, and they have an upstairs repair room where they do the work themselves. The staff, who seemed like sisters, were so kind, and I felt compelled to leave this review out of gratitude! Mahalo.

Thank you Jes Jewellery for my beautiful custom pendant. Pictures don’t do it justice. Lindsey M was great to work with. She provided all the information I needed to make a decision and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Very professional and I’m so happy to have found Jes Jewellery. I’ve done a lot of research for a Hawaiian custom heirloom and found them. Thank you for your professionalism and superb craftsmanship. So much detail on this 2inches and 10mm wide pendant. Work order time estimate on website is accurate. Mahalo Jes Jewellery and I will definitely order again.

Just got a beautiful handmade 6mm Miami Cuban link bracelet and I couldn’t be more excited! The staff is very friendly and amazing to work with! The customer service is top notch like always! Highly recommend. Also too, big thanks to the jeweler who put a box lock on it in amazing time! Mahalos again!

Eli, his wife, and his lovely workers are honestly the best and the only jewelers I will ever deal with. My wife and I have been consistent customers with JES for the past 8 years and I have never been unsatisfied. From custom Jewlery, big 14k chains to small 14k chains, 18k heirlooms, and more everytime I wear a piece from Eli I know I will get complements and ask where I got it from. Come correct when dealing with Eli and his workers. Also understand the current gold market and the fact that you get what you pay for... not just a piece of gold but something to be cherished. I am proud to say JES (Eli) is my jeweler and recommend everyone to his shop.

I've worked with JES Jewelry Co. twice within the past year to have custom pendants made. Their customer service is top notch and they respond incredibly fast. They're very friendly and accommodating keeping you updated through every step of the process. The time from request to completion is incredibly quick, you'll have your piece before you know it.
